- Hannah Marchant Review added: 2018.01.14★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Disappointed to discover we weren't able to return a gift for a refund, and feel the policy should be pointed out during purchase - not just put on a sign by the till.
We feel it's quite shortsighted of the shop not to offer refunds, as Terence Lett will now not be my partner's first choice for gifts, when other jewelers offer piece of mind when it comes to returns.
Additionally, we were advised incorrectly by one of the staff that my engagement ring had been resized incorrectly by another jeweler, and there would be no way to fix it beyond melting it down and starting again (it has since been fixed by We Three Kings).
