  Terrible customer service. I went in to this location because I had tried to switch from Orange to EE online, but I still haven't received my free SIM and it's been over a month with no explanation. I went in to get it sorted and they said they couldn't do the same deal that I had already requested online. Then they passed me off to talk to customer service on the phone who told me they couldn't access my Orange account and that Orange customer service was having technical difficulties and wouldn't take the call. They told me over the phone to speak with the people in the shop to pull up my Orange information and PAC code (when the whole point of switching to EE from Orange is that you don't need the PAC code). Moreover, if the representative on the phone can't sort it out, why fob me off on the representative in the shop?! The best part is that when I told the representative in the shop that they couldn't help me over the phone, she said 'but they are Orange customer service', when in fact I was speaking to someone from EE that she had dialled for me. When I said I was fed up and would have to find a new provider, they couldn't have cared less. I'd also like to point out that I wasn't the only customer in the shop they were treating with this pathetic service. I wasted nearly an hour going round in circles and got absolutely nowhere. Would not recommend EE, and certainly not the staff in this location!

  The staff are ok, but the shop is too small for the number of customers trying to get served, and the 'Samsung' specialist is a bit of a pointless employment post. If the EE staff can't research all phones, and the Samsung guy can't research other devices, they probably need a career change.
