Sometimes I just wish they could pretend they know what they are talking about. I don't know about you but I prefer being wined and dined before I have my trousers pulled down, unfortunately Andrews haven't heard of foreplay. We were shown around a house this weekend and the agent didn't know if we had a parking space, didn't know what council tax band the house was and couldn't even let us into the back garden but still thought it was appropriate to get us to sign a form to hold the property. Don't get me wrong your all pretty useless, I was lucky enough to be shown around about 8 different properties at the weekend by 4 different estate agents and none of you seemed to know the difference between a window and a door, but Andrew's was by far the worse.
